The Preston Hotel is the first venture of Haddigan Craig Hotels Limited (HCHL) who took ownership in June 2007.

HCHL is made up of Mark and Melanie Haddigan and Paul and Lisa Craig, however, before Lisa met Paul she was a Haddigan and is Mark’s sister. So Haddigan Craig Hotels is truly a family business.

Prior to the Preston, Paul and Lisa owned the hugely successful Dolphin Inn in Ilchester and having taken a well earned break from “the business” are now the leading force at the Preston.

Mark and Mel still own and run the Northover Manor Hotel in Ilchester which they have done since 1999, and give Paul and Lisa the benefit of their immense hotel knowledge.

Since taking over the Preston we have totally refurbished the bar and restaurant areas, introduced flat screen TV’s with free view in all of the rooms along with free of charge WIFI access and will continue to improve and upgrade as time goes by.

Our aim is to provide a friendly and comfortable environment where locals and visitors to Yeovil can relax and feel welcome…………..
